Using Gauge

Gauge is free. You can install it on your own Macs and use it for anything. Please don't sell it, or share a modified copy as if it were Gauge.

Your accounts

Gauge uses the logins you already have with each AI provider. You're responsible for those accounts and for following each provider's own terms.

The numbers

Usage comes from each provider's own systems, and can be late, wrong or missing when a provider changes something. Gauge is a convenience, so don't rely on it for anything where a wrong number would cost you.

No warranty

Gauge is provided as is, without any warranty. To the extent the law allows, I'm not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using it, or from not being able to use it.

Names and marks

Gauge isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic, OpenAI, Anysphere (Cursor), GitHub, Google, xAI, Z.ai, OpenCode, Ollama or Higgsfield. Their names and logos belong to them and are only used to show which service a number is for.
